Frequently Asked Questions

Should I buy one kick pad or a pair?
They're sold as pack of 1 or pack of 2 — buy a pack of 2 if you and a partner will trade off holding and striking, or a single pad if one person will always hold.

What's the kick pad used for — striking or holding?
It's held by a training partner or coach who absorbs your kicks, knees and punches; the padding protects their arms while you strike.

Is this kick pad suitable for MMA and karate, or just Muay Thai?
It's built for Muay Thai, MMA, karate and general combat-sports pad work, not just Thai-style training.
